Her beautiful face in the night

Her Beautiful Face in the Night

Her face, half turned, smiled in the dark. All I could think of was her beautiful face in the dark.

Another moon photo! What do you think of her? Isn't she beauitful? I was so amazed when I saw the photo I had captured. Changed my method of taking photos of the moon and now have this detail. Isn't she so beautiful? Were I a wolf, I would sing for her all night long. My songs would be love songs and the trees would be haunted with the poignant remembrance for many days to come...

I prefer the A little night music picture, and found that to capture the beauty of the night better although there are no stars.

Hmmmmm, think I agree with you on the other one captures the night better :-) It does :) But I like this one a lot too because I can see her in such amazing and magical detail. It really amazes me! Thanks for the comment! :-)

Noise is quite visible in this photo :) The red fringe around the moon is pretty common with fz20 i guess :P Would be nice if the photo is sharp :) Just some personal idea and hope u won;t mind...

HAve a nice weekend!

HI :-)

No actually the FZ20 is very good with purple fringing. It's very rare for purple fringing to appear with this camera. The onboard prosessor does a very good job of keeping to a minimum and it beats many cameras on this point. However, you will get it sometimes obviously :-)

The noise: It looks noises coz I set the ISO higher but mainly because I shot was taken between two trees and I only had a very small space of black night sky around the moon. The photo was too small and looked odd that way so I used clone brush in photo shop pro to add more sky. That is why it looks a little noisey.

Sharpness: I actually don't have a problem with the sharpness of the picture. Considering it's a detailed not shot of the moon and shot without the aid of a tripod I think the sharpness is pretty good! I don't agree about the sharpness point. It's fine as it is :-)

And of course I don't mind you posting your ideas and opinions! :-)

Have a good weekend and thanks for the comment!

Best Wishes
Luna! :-)

I'm still impressed as to all the things your camera can do! :D I like what you've written underneath it as well. The moon certainly seems to inspire you :D

Incredible how detailed today's digicams can zoom in far distant objects.
