The Moon has moved...

The moon has moved...

This blog has served me well and I'll always hold a lot of affection for it. I have invested a lot of work, and love into the blog. But it's time to move and grow and change. When I started the blog, I envisioned it to be for my various creative outputs: Fiction, poetry, and photography. But the photos soon took over and became ( if you'll pardon the pun :-D ) the focus! It's time to move on.

Photography is a passion that I am very serious about, and so I present a new home for my photos. A place where fellow artists of the light gather and share their art, a place built by and for photographers, and designed to look as good as the images displayed.

I proudly present SERENDIPITY LUMINESCENT I hope anybody that has been with the moon will come and keep me company in my new home :-) Thanks to all of you that have visted and been kind enough to leave comments over the years. So update your bookmarks and links! Raise a glass to the new! :-)

I'm not sure what is going to become of "Light of the Moon." For awhile, it will probably take a rest, but eventually I may use it for my ramblings and ravings, stories, poems, and maybe a rant or three ;-)

Best Wishes
- Martin

I wish you well with your new site Luna but you shall be sadly missed if you stay away, it was your poetry and your prose that gave life to your photos, helped us see the world through the eyes of a poet, through the eyes of the soul.
Don't forget us!

Hi :-)

Thanks for the comment!

Don't worry, the new site is still a combination of the words and images. The first entry has text to go with the photo under the image. I'm not planning to change that. :-)

Update your bookmarks and links... the moon is still the same... but just moved to new skies :-)

Billy, thanks, and you too. Keep imprinting your art!

Angel, thanks for taking the time to leave some of your words here and following me to my new home. I'm glad you find the photos soothing.

I know sometimes I have had to go and find myself because I have become lost. I hope you find yourself again in Ireland! Good luck and my wishes go with you :-)

The moon is gone.

She fled as dawn approached.

Dawn as a slowly opening eye.

White sea birds skimming over the water,

looking for an early morning snack.

The mirror brightens.

From a blood moon at dawn to a mirror

reflecting waking life...

#######

I woke her to take the moon.

Her campaign was swift and terrible.

Metallic and fierce.

Glaring up in the twilight.

But the moon was both implacable and unreachable

and in the end the war against the moon failed.

As dawn rose slowly from her bed, the moon slipped away.

But in the end, all that was lost,

was a little sleep....

Some advertising networks require that publishers are at
least 18 years of age to join them. If you do this, you will soon lose a lot of viewers because there is
no diversity in your blogs. You can write blog on almost any topic which comes in your mind, technical or non-technical.

One may experience severe itching in the affected area however this is
not a foolproof way of determining whether it is yeast infection.
At times it can be hard to tell if you have a yeast infection, because some men may be infected
without experiencing any symptoms at all. More than likely,
the garlic inserted into the vagina will provide instant relief for any
symptoms that are present.
